 * 🌹 Padma Subrahmanyam * - `` Dr. Padma is a Bharatanatyam dancer.  Padma Subramaniam.  She was born on February 4, 1943 in Madras.  Padma is the author and choreographer of several books on dance and has developed a new branch of dance called Bharatanritham.  He designed 108 karanas at the Nataraja Temple in Satara, Maharashtra.  He has authored several books on dance and culture

 * 🌹 Muzhangottuvila Krishnapillai * - `` Muzhangottuvila Krishnapillai (February 4, 1887 - 17 August 1970) was a writer who translated the entire Mahabhagavatam from Sanskrit into Malayalam.

 *🌹  Hermann Gundert * - `` The Rev. was a German linguist who made significant contributions to Kerala and the Malayalam language.  Dr.  Herman Gundert (February 4, 1814 - April 25, 1893).  Arrived in India on July 7, 1836.  Served as Secretary and School Inspector in India for the Basel Mission, an international religious organization.  During this period he wrote, printed and published books in Malayalam, Kannada and English for teaching in schools.  He is also the author of a collection of proverbs, One Thousand Proverbs

 *🌹  Nihal Chand Chauhan (born 4 February 1971) is a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Minister of State for Fertilizers and Chemicals in the 16th Lok Sabha.  Elected to 16th Lok Sabha from Ganganagar Lok Sabha constituency, RRajasthan

 * 🌹 Birju Maharaj * - `` Pandit Birju Maharaj (born 4 February 1938), better known as Brijmohan Mishra, was one of the foremost masters of Kathak dance in India.  He is the main user of the Kalka-Binadin Gharana of Kathak. He has designed many Kathak dances and has performed around the world.  Kathak workshops are also conducted.  Kathak Kalari is being conducted in Delhi under the name 'Kalasramam'

 * 🌹 Rambaran Yadav * - `` Rambaran Yadav (born February 4, 1947 -) is the first elected President of Nepal.  He is the General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, the country's leading political party.

 * Rosa Parks * - `` Rosa Louis McCauley Parr‌s (February 4, 1913 - October 24, 2005) was a major figure in the U.S. Congress as the Mother of the Modern-Day Civil Rights Movement.  She is a described woman.```

 * 🌹Wilfred Backhouse Alexander * - `` Wilfred Backhouse Alexander (4 February 1885 - 8 December 1965) was an English ornithologist and entomologist.

 * 🌷DS.  Kothari * - `` DS was an Indian physicist.  Daulat Singh Kothari alias Kothari (July 6, 1905 - February 4, 1993).  Kothari, who has been the General President of the Golden Jubilee Section of the Indian Science Congress since 1963, was elected President of the Indian National Science Academy in 1973.  Kothari is best known for his research in statistical thermodynamics and the Theory of White Dorf Stars.  He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1962 and the Padma Vibhushan in 1973
